Sorenti shuddered as a great coldness flowed through him, he peeked out of his hiding place and up at the night sky. He looked at the same stars that they would be looking at back in Cascadia and calmed his feelings to search for the reason for his shudder.

After a few moments, Sorenti's eyes closed and a blood tear ran down his cheek, curling over his lip. He licked the tear away, but there was no escaping what he had felt. Mephisto's mental cry, a split second before it was silenced resounded in Sorenti's mind. Sorenti cursed quietly but violently...

"Was this his fault? were Kindred dying because he was not there? Why? What had caused Meph to take his own unlife? Should Sorenti leave his mission and get back to Cascadia? Would it have helped if he had been there for Meph?"

These and a million other questions ran through his mind, shakily he managed to get rid of them and return his concentration to the guards....

((damn man....SERIOUSLY sorry to see Meph go :cry:, if in fact he does "Come on you Cappas!!! save him or something!!!:evil:" I do understand about Real Life though....take it easy and good luck with whatever you do man, just do me one small favour......
