Ok, now to be honest, I next to nothing about WoD and this game. I kinda make it up as a go along...
I do the best I can, but I sometimes I feel a bit anxious that about what I'm writing, is it right? etc.
So, I'm asking for a bit of help.

Since being a poor student, I can't afford to go out and buy a myriad of books detailing the stuff I need (that and I'm too lazy :roll: ).

If anyone knows any good websites, I'd apprieciate it if you'd point me in that direction.

Screw the books, just have fun. That's what I do. I know absolutely dick about the rules of vampire. As long as it is within the realms of "good taste" (and that is um... well yeah) then who cares.

Whilst I, OTOH, went out and grabbed as many books as I could, or that my husband Richard could. :) I have about a dozen of them, since money is an issue for me too, that have come to me second hand. Some from stores, some from friends who no longer play the game. However, I want MUCH more to complete it all. Richard and I are game fans and I'll bet you dollars to dimes that he has nearly every book every published by GURPS and Battletech there is! I intend to collect the WoD ones as I can.

Of course, I've peppered poor Julius with questions until he was blue in the face when I first started writing!! But even he couldn't answer all the ones my daughter and I had about the Salubri clan, so I asked the board and they supplied us with a URL but even that couldn't help with certain disciplines. We threw the specific question out and, soon enough, had an answer. So, when the links fail, try here too. We'll find the answer for you, one way or another.

Like Eve and Julius keep telling me. Don't feel that the rules are the be all, end all of your writing. If it's good for the storyline and is realistic and believeable, just do it. You've done an entirely fantastic job so far and, frankly, I really am following you threads avidly!! I tend to pout if you don't post. Ask Finn. 8)

Heh. YW! You remind me a lot of myself when I came on board 4 RL months ago. I was scared shitless and am STILL terrified to post here! However, I must be doing SOMETHING right because they keep telling me I'm doing good. hehehe

Of course, Eve & I completely make up our world anyway, and only base it loosely on WoD, which we also know not so terribly much about.

Most of the magic stuff is based on Ars Magica and Eve's stuff is straight out of *cough* her *cough* imagination.

You can download pretty much every WW book ever written off of eMule. Some are still tobe found on Krapzaa too...
