Well, my suggestion would be to do a bit of lurking and make sure we fit your style. We have a few different storylines going on right now ranging from the completely social to the almost completely political. Since the demise of Vampire The Redemption (hardly anyone's on anymore), we're more straight MB based and are more of a gathering of friends than an official guild. We don't adhere to many strict rules, just use you're common sense. ie Don't go making your character the reincarnation of Caine or something crazy.
