if i remember correctly.
Drain is queitly manipulating the next generation of human politicians in Cascadia, keeping anarchs from the city, gathering information on all city kindred comeing in or going out of Cascadia. There are Ghoulish rats at most of the old lairs who inform me of any changes ie. if a car that has been sitting for years suddenly get moved, or a light comes on in an old closed wearhouse. there are still multiple cameras linked to the Nossie network so i keep track of everyone and do most of it from the comfort of the old Transtaion Lair.
