So...Vladmir Putin dissolved the government and tested the worlds most powerful conventional warhead.

He's been sending planes into UK airspace on several occasions recently, last time fighters were scrambled to intercept. That combined with his "Hitler Youth" stylised camps for indoctrinating children and this latest test.....I'd say he's looking to pick a fight with China as backup.
