Hey this is BloodFrost, i've played vtm off and on for three years (o my god i cant believe its been that long)...anyways I want to play again online with some of you, everytime I try too- I can't. Reason being we all have different mods that were using. If there is a common mod out there or
mod(s) out there that are downloadable please tell what and where. Thanks.

If you are having trouble getting in game, it's unlikely to be because of a mod incompatibility. Having different mods might make strange stuff happen, but won't stop you joining a game.

It's more likely you have an issue with a firewall or router which needs some work to deal with. Vampire is rather an old game and doesn't handle Network Address Translation (NAT) well. This can, however, be fixed with some simple port forwardings.

What kinds of problems have you been experiencing? It would be easier to help if we had an error message or something.

I remember VCaleb made them long time ago in a wtd pack that I can never find.
